We accept returns within 100 days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns on any items that do not meet these requirements. To initiate a return, please contact us by email or phone with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If it does, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days. If your item does not meet our return policy requirements, we will notify you by email and you will have the option to have the item returned to you at your expense. Please note that personalized and monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
